Bliss DTx,
our immersive and immediate
sedation solution
Bliss DTx, a Class I CE-marked medical device, is an immersive solution designed to support patients before, during, and after painful and/or anxiety-inducing medical procedures.
It is used either as an adjunct to or as a substitute for traditional pharmacological products and medical gases.
The solution immerses patients in sound and visual environments that engage their capacities and place them in a modified state of consciousness, significantly reducing the perceived level of pain.
Complementary to medication, Bliss DTx is designed as a universal solution accessible to all patients, without social or language barriers.

REVEH Study
Study objective
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bliss DTx compared with MEOPA* in preventing pain during bone marrow biopsy.
Primary endpoint
No significant difference in pain intensity (p = 0.26) between the MEOPA group and the Bliss DTx group.
Methodology
126 patients enrolled in a multicenter, randomized, phase III study.
Presented at
Published in 2023

p=0,26
MEOPA
n = 63
Bliss DTx
n = 63
Pain intensity assessed using the Visual Analog Scale
(VAS, 0 = no pain, 10 = worst imaginable pain)
Secondary endpoints
Physician satisfaction was significantly higher (p = 0.01) with the use of Bliss DTx compared to MEOPA.

p=0,01
MEOPA
n = 59
Bliss DTx
n = 58
No adverse events occurred during the biopsy in the group Bliss DTx.
Non-inferiority of Bliss DTx compared to MEOPA in preventing pain during bone marrow biopsies.
*MEOPA is a medical gas used for its anxiolytic and analgesic properties. It is an equimolar mixture of oxygen and nitrous oxide.

The possible choice of local or regional anesthesia instead of general anesthesia
A direct positive impact on resource use (nursing time and cost)
Before the procedure
An alternative to the use of medical gas in pain management, without side effects
A direct positive impact on resource use (nursing time and cost)
During the procedure
Possible avoidance or reduction of recovery room admission
Faster return to the patient’s room without a stretcher
A direct positive impact on resource use (cost, nursing time, and faster turnover in the recovery room)
